Expect street closures around Tacoma’s Proctor District this weekend as the neighborhood celebrates spooky season.
North Proctor Street between North 26th and 29th streets and North 27th Street between North Proctor and North Adams streets will be closed from around 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday for the third annual Tacoma Halloween Parade and Spooky Street Fair.
