Delaware County’s skill game era is ending, one unplugged machine at a time.
Bars, gas stations, convenience stores, and veterans’ organizations across the county are pulling the video-slot-style machines following a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling, reports Pete Bannan for the Daily Times.
