WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Democratic gubernatorial candidate Cindy Holscher made new claims against her opponent in this November’s election, Ty Masterson.
The claims are about Masterson’s job as director of Wichita State’s GoCreate, a creative workspace that’s part of WSU’s Innovation Campus.
