ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – With a Monday shut-off looming, First Alert 4 is told that management at Northern Village Apartments in North County paid half of their $700,000 gas bill this week and says they will work to pay off the rest.
The county was prepared to condemn the property next week if that bill wasn’t paid, and officials are still not ruling that out, as a litany of code violations remains at the complex.
And while there is dedicated money in St. Louis City for relocating folks in similar situations, St. Louis County does not have funding for this…
