Sugar Grove, IL — A 29-year-old Sugar Grove man was killed Friday night after being struck by two vehicles while walking along Sugar Grove Parkway (Route 47), prompting a major crash investigation and a roadway closure lasting approximately four hours.
According to the Sugar Grove Police Department, officers and the Sugar Grove Fire Protection District responded to reports of an injury-related crash near Sugar Grove Parkway and Cross Street at approximately 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16.
