What we know:
The 42-year-old mother of three was last seen Sept. 28 after meeting her estranged husband, Richard Pastor Perez, at his Denton apartment. Her family reported her missing that same day.
Police later found Briceño Arrieta’s car abandoned near Perez’s apartment. Investigators also discovered the license plates on their vehicles had been switched. A Flock camera tracked Perez’s SUV through New Mexico.…
