ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Some Asheville residents say finding a late-night meal downtown can be a challenge, but a local restaurant leader says extending hours is more complicated than it may seem.
For 24-year-old Asheville resident August Scala, that frustration often comes when he’s looking for something beyond the usual late-night options.
