A West Deer resident is facing his 10th DUI charge after allegedly driving an SUV while intoxicated into a police station parking lot on Saturday.
Shaler police arrested Brian Ballantine, 55, after finding him parked in the middle of the department’s lot during a board of commissioners meeting.
When police approached Ballantine’s vehicle, they asked him what was going on, and he said, “sure,” according to the complaint. Police said they asked him the same thing again, and he replied, ”nothing.”…
