A routine boarding of a commercial fishing vessel near Tybee Island led to the discovery of a crew member with an active warrant out of Chatham County, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
The Coast Guard coordinated with the Chatham County Marine Patrol to transfer custody of the crew member at sea.
