An Acworth man is in custody after police say he pointed and fired a 12-gauge shotgun inside a local Quality Inn hotel, while impersonating an FBI agent.
James Ticer, 56, is accused of threatening to kill a man by pointing a shotgun at his head inside the hotel, located at 5035 Cowan Road, just off I-75 and south of Lake Acworth Drive.
