VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Vero Beach man accused of restraining a woman in a hotel room and throwing water on her after she tried to leave has been sentenced to nine months in jail.
Frank Joseph Lagola pleaded no contest to charges of false imprisonment and battery and was sentenced Thursday, according to court records.
