Café Stai Manso ran its business into the ground quicker than it took to build it up.
The coffee trailer from husband and wife Jessie and Hailey (their last names appear to have not been made public) launched in February outside of Ebb & Float at 231 N. Fifth Street. Controversy within the business circulated over the summer, and the owners have since scrubbed the shop’s existence from the internet.
Café Stai Manso’s social media account no longer exists, and the only thing that shows online when the name is searched is content posted from other accounts. It’s almost as if they vanished into thin air…
