Bonita Springs, FL-based Discovery Senior Living, the country’s largest senior living provider, is becoming even larger, expanding its footprint in the Pacific Northwest with the acquisition of multi-state management company Sunshine Retirement Living.
Discovery announced the deal Monday. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter. Financial terms were not disclosed.
