Union-represented employees of a refinery in Linden have been locked out of the facility they work in after a contract extension expired, according to representatives with Phillips 66’s Bayway Refinery and Linden Terminal.
The spokesperson said that the extension covering the employees expired at 4 p.m. on Monday. The spokesperson said that the company is “disappointed by this development.”…
