A Sacramento-founded Indian-fusion pizzeria has opened a store in an Elk Grove shopping center.
Velly Pizza opened Aug. 28 and is serving pizzas and Indian cuisine at 4720 Laguna Blvd. at Laguna Creek Town Center. The restaurant specializes in pizza with classic Indian flavors.
“Each pizza we serve is baked with a fresh dough, made from scratch and infused with seasoning,” the restaurant’s webpage read. “Our pizzas are handcrafted to perfection, topped with fresh vegetables, tender meats, and a variety of delightful sauces.”…
