GREEN BAY (WLUK) — David Greiten was convicted Tuesday of his eighth drunken driving offense, after police found him passed out in a car, stopped in the middle of an Allouez street, with a blood alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit.
Greiten, 65, pleaded no contest to the one count of operating while intoxicated, 8th offense. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 15.
According to the complaint, police were called to the 500 block of Simonet Street on June 18, 2025, for a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. They found Greiten with “his head laid back and unconscious.”…
