COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — A one-way tunnel under Interstate 25 on the south end of the city that is a popular shortcut for drivers, has closed because of traffic issues.
City officials said that Harrison District 2 asked the city close the Willwood Tunnel because of its impact on traffic congestion around Harrison High School.
