CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Police Department says the driver that hit two pedestrians with his truck on East Main Street on Saturday night faces more charges after one of the victims has died from her injuries.
Reginald Cousin Jr. was arrested on Saturday after CPD says he hit two people with his truck as they were walking in the cross walk on East Main Street around 9:20 p.m. on Saturday.
