SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A visit to a school in Spokane Valley put new attention on whether Washington will join the Education Freedom Tax Credit program.
On Monday, Rep. Michael Baumgartner and U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon visited the school to discuss the program and to “urge” Gov. Ferguson to opt in.
