ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A manhunt is underway for an assault suspect after he ran away from a traffic stop in Pickens County on Tuesday, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies are searching for the man, identified as Barry Young, in the Hinton area, the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post.
