Construction is expected to begin later this fall on Hubbell Realty Co.’s Marlow 35 development, a 200-unit rental townhome community in Ankeny.
According to a news release, the development is planned for a 16-acre site at the corner of Northeast Delaware Avenue and Northeast Ninth St. It will feature one- and two-story townhomes.
