COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A Columbia man pleaded guilty to aggravated identity theft for embezzling funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) Housing Choice Vouchers program.
