A stretch of Yadkin Road near Fort Bragg and I-295 in Fayetteville could be home to a mixed-use project pairing four retail buildings with nearly 200 residential units.
Grant-Murray Real Estate has plans for a project off Yadkin Road, according to The Fayetteville Observer. The retail portion would include four buildings.
