A 55-year-old convicted felon who was released from state prison just five months ago is back behind bars after a homeowner spotted him trying to get into her house, authorities said.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said deputies arrested Chad Hogue after an alert resident caught him trespassing on her property.
