RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A man accused in a string of Honda thefts was initially granted bond Tuesday, until an appeal hearing the next day.
Prosecutors revealed that Luiyi Munoz Inoa is facing more than 125 charges in Pennsylvania, so the court decided he is a flight risk.
