PELL CITY, Ala. — Pell City police found a missing woman near an embankment along Seminole Road on Wednesday morning after locating her vehicle in the water below.
The woman’s husband told police she had left home in a vehicle around 2 a.m. He said she had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and had not driven in nearly 10 years. He did not realize she was gone until later that morning.
