A pair of brothers have pleaded guilty to posing as police officers and blackmailing a Kenner man that they met while pretending to be a minor on a dating app.
Frank Thompson, 22, and Butch Thompson, 26, pleaded guilty Monday to extortion, false personation of a peace officer, theft and simple burglary, Jefferson Parish court records said.
