Denver-based Thrive Development Co. plans to transform an industrial site in Denver’s Lincoln Park neighborhood into Lincoln Station, a community-oriented destination combining a food hall, bar, coworking space and outdoor gathering areas.
Located at 1701 W. 13th Ave., near downtown Denver and the planned Burnham Yards redevelopment — the preferred site for a new Denver Broncos stadium — Lincoln Station is designed to bring new dining and workspace options to a neighborhood the developer describes as underserved by food and gathering places.
