MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) — Balancing the future of Trident Academy and the families who use the school’s field for recreation is the center of debate in Mount Pleasant.
The town’s planning commission denied the plans for development on the property that would turn the field into homes.
Trident Academy proposed this plan to help secure the future of serving its students, while neighbors in the surrounding community want to see this land preserved for their children…
