A new addition to Belltown Commons is bringing a little old-fashioned butcher-shop service to one of Northwest Knox County’s growing communities.
Simpson’s Meats Butchery & Market opened its second Knoxville-area retail location Sept. 28 at Belltown Commons in Powell, offering fresh beef, pork, chicken, specialty cuts and prepared foods.
The locally owned business has deep East Tennessee roots. Founded in 2012 by Jim Simpson and Jason Parkerson, Simpson’s Meats grew from a farming tradition dating to 1888.
