A Myrtle Beach restaurant was named in the 2026 Michelin Guide American South.
O.A.K Prime, located at 4210 River Oaks Dr., was featured as a recommended restaurant for the second year in a row. It is the only restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area that was named in the guide.
The name O.A.K. stands for “One of a Kind,” where the kitchen and bar bring “reimagined classics” and “innovative twists” to the menu, according to its website. The establishment opened in 2023 in Carolina Forest and is under direction of Chef Jerrett “JK” King.
