COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Amber Kelly, a young woman from Columbia, died as a result of domestic violence in Georgia two years ago. Her boyfriend has since been convicted of murder.
Kelly’s family created Amber’s Sanctuary of Hope, an organization that helps other women and children. Amber’s mother shared why she decided to share her daughter’s story.
