JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A teacher at Sabal Palm Elementary has been reassigned pending an investigation after a report that the employee brought a dead cat onto campus.
The district confirmed the report was accurate on Wednesday and worked with school leadership to notify affected families directly. DCPS did not share how it learned about the incident.
