MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest will return to Liberty Park May 12-15 as part of Memphis in May International Festival’s 50th anniversary in 2027.
Festival organizers say the world’s largest pork barbecue cooking contest will welcome more than 50,000 attendees back to Liberty Park for the fourth straight year.
