EUGENE, Ore. — A 21-year-old Keizer woman called Eugene police Wednesday night to report “getting kicked out of the O Bar for no reason,” the Eugene Police Department said.
The bartender then called to say a woman was attempting to start multiple fights, got aggressive and refused to leave. She then got into the driver’s seat of a car.
