CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The man accused in a deadly shooting in the parking lot of a Mayfield Heights restaurant, was arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Friday.
Dae-juan Moton, 24, pleaded not guilty to:
