An Ormond Beach family is fighting its homeowners association over whether it can park wrapped work trucks in its own driveway, a dispute that could come down to how Florida law limits HOA restrictions.
Mike and Jodi Skroskznik use the trucks for their pool-cleaning business. But Wexford Reserve’s existing rules restrict the use of wrapped vehicles, putting the family at odds with the association.
