DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) – A baby girl born Oct. 16 is in the care and custody of the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services under the state’s Safe Haven Law, the agency said Friday.
The infant will be placed with a foster family until a permanent placement is determined.
