Almost every day, we are told it’s a nationally recognized food, drink or culinary observance day. In October alone, they’ve ranged from the general (National Apple Day) to the oddly specific (National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day). These Hallmark holidays of the food world are easy to ignore, and few outside of participating businesses bother to notice.
But this month — in celebration of both National Pasta Day (Oct. 17) and the coming World Pasta Day (Oct. 25), apparently — Yelp released its list of Top 100 Pasta Places of 2026, based on (speaking of things easy to ignore) Yelp reviewers.
According to the most hated company in the restaurant industry, Yelp searches for “pasta shops” increased 52% from Sept. 2025 to Aug. 2026 compared to the previous 12 months. So it created this list of the top 100 pasta places in the United States, which includes two Colorado establishments…
