LewisGale Physicians closed its Westlake office on Scruggs Road on Oct. 22 and plans to reopen in February 2027 at a larger facility on Booker T. Washington Highway in Moneta.
The new office will be located at 13595 Booker T. Washington Highway, in a building previously occupied by LewisGale Clinic.
During the transition, primary care providers will see patients at the LewisGale Physicians office in Clearbrook, while patients requiring specialty care will be seen at their specialist’s primary office…
