HOMEWOOD, Ala. (WBRC) – Family and loved ones gathered Friday at Patriot Park in Homewood to remember Aniah Blanchard, seven years after she went missing and was killed. Blanchard’s family said they are moving past mourning and want to focus on celebrating her life and impact.
“Lord, let these lights remind us that Aniah’s life continues to matter,” said Angela Harris, Blanchard’s mother.
