An Ocala couple’s lawn was repaired after a video related to a dispute with Liberty Water went viral. The company apologized and reinstalled the family’s water-treatment system at no charge.
The video related to the dispute emerged after Adrian Overby and his wife canceled their contract with the company. According to a report from ClickOrlando, the Overbys said they ended the agreement within three days after learning it would not be interest-free, as they had been told. Overby said workers who came to remove the equipment left a mess behind instead of making things right.
Overby alleged that workers damaged the yard while removing the system.
