KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KQTV) — Charges against 37-year-old Khyree L. Simmons were announced on Friday by Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson in the investigation of the killing of Savannah native Regan Spiegel.
The Kansas City Police Department arrested two men on Thursday, one of whom was revealed to be Simmons. He is now charged with one count of second-degree murder, one count of armed criminal action and one count of unlawful use of a weapon.
