A man is facing felony charges in connection with allegedly stealing a vehicle out of West Rockhill Township.
Justin Ottey, 30, of Perkasie, has been charged with felony theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, in addition to a misdemeanor charge. His bail is $35,000 unsecured.
On Oct. 21, Pennridge Regional Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police investigated a report of a stolen vehicle.
