ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) – With home sales rising in the Gainesville area and a property tax amendment on the November ballot, potential homebuyers are getting a firsthand look at new housing options across Alachua County.
The Builders Association of North Central Florida hosted its Fall Parade of Homes this weekend, featuring 17 newly built homes across 13 neighborhoods in Gainesville, Newberry, Alachua and High Springs.
