SUMMERFIELD TWP., Mich. (News 10) – A Lansing woman is dead after two cars crashed on Ida West Road in Summerfield Township early Sunday morning.
Michigan State Police Monroe Post was alerted about 2:37 a.m. Sunday for a two-car crash on Ida West Road near Summerfield Road. An early investigation found a 40-year-old Monroe man was driving west in a Ford Bronco and hit the rear of a Ford Escape, driven by a 27-year-old Tecumseh man with a 25-year-old Lansing woman in the passenger seat.
The Lansing woman died in the crash. Police released two passengers who were in the Ford Bronco after investigation. The driver and another passenger in the Ford Escape were transported to Toledo Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries…
