BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Next 24 Hours: We’re starting the new workweek with another beautiful fall day across Central Alabama! This morning is again on the cool side, with temperatures in the 40s and lower 50s. Sunshine should help us warm up nicely through the morning and into this afternoon, with highs reaching the low to mid-70s. A light easterly breeze and plenty of sunshine should make it a great day to spend some time outdoors.
Skies should stay mostly clear to partly cloudy tonight, allowing temperatures to fall back into the 40s and lower 50s by Tuesday morning.
The Next Big Thing: Our stretch of pleasant fall weather should continue through the rest of the workweek, with a gradual warming trend as we approach Halloween. Tuesday and Wednesday should bring a mix of sunshine and a few clouds, with afternoon highs climbing into the mid to upper 70s. Morning temperatures look to remain cool, generally in the 40s and lower 50s. Thursday and Friday should be a little warmer, with afternoon temperatures reaching the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. Rain chances should remain very limited, so outdoor plans look good through Friday.
The Weekend: Our weather pattern looks to change as we head into Halloween weekend. Saturday should bring a mix of clouds and sunshine, with highs in the mid to upper 70s. There could be a few showers around, although much of the day may remain dry. Rain chances could increase Saturday night…
