Back in August 2025, a pipe burst and flooded the SoncyMed Center at 3501 S. Soncy. It displaced many medical and dental businesses in the facility. Some of them haven’t reopened their doors. However, iPOW recovered from the flood and is celebrating their grand reopening on November 5.
