Drivers on San Antonio’s Far West Side may encounter delays throughout Monday morning, October 26. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is stationed near State Highway 211 and Potranco Road following a traffic stop that escalated.
The BCSO announced in an online statement at 8:37 a.m. that officers are maintaining a heavy law enforcement presence near the intersection after three individuals fled a traffic stop on foot. Authorities say the individuals were last seen wearing black clothing.
“Deputies and partnering agencies have established a perimeter and are actively searching the area,” the BCSO said. “There is no immediate threat to the public.”…
