EAU CLAIRE CO., Wis. (WEAU) – The Eau Claire County Parks and Forest Committee has decided not to move forward with GFL’s proposed expansion of the Seven Mile Landfill, which would have included county forest land.
GFL operates the Seven Mile Landfill in the Town of Seymour. The company had proposed a 120-acre expansion that would have cut into Eau Claire County forest land.
